Trouble with selling DSU game tickets?

Submitted by HartAttack20 on
My dad wasn't able to sell his tickets for this weekend's game, so we will be in attendance this saturday. Probably won't stay the whole game as it should be a blowout, but I'm not upset that I have to attend another Michigan football game. As long as the weather is decent, I have no problem with that. Anybody else having trouble selling their tickets? I'm guessing the attendance for this game will be relatively low. Big game against PSU next weekend, though. It's a little odd to go from the worst team on your schedule to on of the top two teams you play.

Maybe the AD should temporarily remove the requirement for validation of student tickets for general use so that the students have an easier time selling/giving away their tickets before the mass exodus. I don't think people have as hard a time with the general admission tickets since they can find anybody at work, on the street, etc.

I bought a student ticket 2 years ago for the Oregon game (in a non-student section, which confused me, but I digress...) and validation was $27. That's way more than anyone is going to pay for a ticket to this game. Hence, I agree with your post.
