Trent and Graham performances: Bengals v Eagles

Submitted by ballertim87 on

Not a big fan of the guy, but Morgan Trent had a big day for the Bungles with 3 picks, 2 tackles.

Brandon Graham also showed up tonight with his first sack (yea, it's preseason, but I'm sure it was a big moment for him) as well as another TFL.

ESPN Box Score  Honorable mention: Avant 1 catch, Leon Hall and Dhani Jones w/ 2 tackles each.

Morgan Trent seriously had 3 interceptions?!

Kinda hard to believe after the product he displayed during his career at Michigan.

Anyways, the info is much appreciated! I don't watch a ton of NFL games, especially preseason, so the Michigan update is nice to see.

But I did watch about 3 minutes before the half. BG was either pushing his blocker back into the pocket or just getting pay him most of the time. The way he looked last night, I would say that a more inexperienced qb is going to panic and make bad throws d/t watching BG way his offensive line.

One thing he has is speed, and you can't coach that.  If Trent found himself in the right system, he could be a decent perrformer.

When he was at UM, my friend always said his speed "only got him out of position faster".

I'm just happy when a Michigan player does well in the NFL.  It's helps perception of M.  Especially if it's a player that played under RR.  As long as they don't badmouth him that is.  Recruits will see they can come to Michigan and still succeed in the NFL.

I thought Trent looked good.  I'm still shocked he is on an NFL roster, but he must be working hard, so good for him.

I missed the BG sack was it on Mike Vick?

BTW Mike Kafka looked awful, his interception was worse than the wounded duck Vick tossed.
