TomVH: RE: Chris Wormley Visit
I've gotten a few emails and some DM's on Twitter about a dispute with whether or not Chris Wormley was at fan day yesterday, or not.
There's no debate here, I talked to Chris today on the phone, and when I asked him if he made it to fan day yesterday he said, "Yes, I was there. It was ok." He went with a friend and her family.
If anyone disputing me on other sites would like to pick up a phone and call him, they would find out the same information.
If a recruit who's a fan of a school goes to their fan day, he doesn't need to inform anyone that he's coming. He was there, end of story.
I tweeted the following on this subject:
1.) Michigan Fans keep an eye out for 2012 Ohio DE Chris Wormley tomorrow at fan day. He'll be there.
2.) To answer everyone's question, 2012 DE Chris Wormley was at Michigan's fan day yesterday.

...that "It was OK." I guess he was blown away by his experience.

Let's hope that Mr. Wormley is somebody inclined to understatement.

Anyone disputing TomVH about his info can pick up the phone and call me, and I'll tell you to go fuck yourself.

Then transfer the call to the Coner. He'll leave 'em twisted with the chalk around dey bodies.

Man, I hope it was better than just "OK".

Then it next becomes a focus on it was "ok."
Recruits are likely not use to having to act as "fans." By that I mean, waiting around, etc...when visits usually happen with much more focused attention.
And by the way, what is the conflict between messages. One message says CW attends as a fan. The other message says there were no formal "unofficial" visits and that if anyone went it was just as a fan....Are there not more important internal things to argue about like wings, starting qbs, tackling, and the like?

He must've been at the wrong place. Maybe he accidentally went to East Lansing, I hear that is okay.

A certain person with the same first name as our own Mr. Van Haaren is either:
a) a liar
b) just clueless
c) lying to cover his own ass
d) telling lies
e) speaking pidgin English as a way to "give hints," not "cover that he doesn't know what he's talking about."
What else is new?

HEY! Look at this! Same "certain person" now claims to have first-hand information that TomVH is right! Maybe he reads mgoboard (and/or my tweets and Tom's tweets) and passes off the information as his own!
hmmmmmmmmm.

His excuse?
1) It's a "fluid" situation.
2) We have hinted for the last month that wormley would be at UM for fan day. When I insisted that he wasn't there...what I really meant was that he wasn't there in spirit...yeah, that's the ticket.

I couldn't take anymore of his baby talk and babble.

Simply Awsome! You are the man.

Who's the right? The man in Arizona or the man in Texas?
I go with Arizona since I know he actually called the recruit. Not sure if the man in Texas even has his number
Speaking of Wormley: 9/24 St. Johns and Whitmer
Lot of MICH and OSU recruits and/or targets on the field that night.
I dont trust Tressell (lol). I know it on good authority that he calls the St. Johns coaches weekly. Either they're shockingly high on the Norrils kid and or they're trying to flip Miller somehow. Eh, its probably just senator sweatervest playing ambassador to Ohio HS. But, still, I cringe when I see a Johnnie coach all pumped after hearing a voice message from JT

I believe the "man in Texas" is now the "man in SoCal".
