Ok, its seriously time to shut up, sit back, and let this loss simmer a little bit. The fair-weather fans are already coming out of the closet, and this after our first loss? For as much as it hurts to lose this one, what with it being against little brother and us taking it to overtime, there's no need to despair yet. In fact, there is one major thing to take heart from: the defense played pretty damn good. Of course, they could've stopped MSU on every third and long, and should have. But, other than that they did a great job creating turnovers, stopping MSU for field goals, and over all covering up for an inept offense enough to keep us in this game. If our oline and offense in general were clicking like they had been earlier this year, this game would've been a blow-out, which gives me hope for the rest of the year in seeing that our defense at least has a chance to be good. So keep your heads up, and don't give in to the spirit of Drew Sharp.
