Time for a win

Seems as if we believe a win is firing someone for losing around here.

Fuck Rutgers. Win the game.

Michigan better win. They'd be the only B1G team that Michigan would have a losing record to if not. Up until last year, Michigan had a winning record against every B1G team. (4-4-1 against Nebraska)

Beat Rutgers. Please. I want to be happy even if it's for a week.

I just checked the OSU game. My fucking god. In terms of winning and watching good football, it must be really nice to be a buckeye fan. 31 in the first half on the road, which is expected against a bad team in Maryland, but will Michigan even score HALF that in the whole game tonight? Likely not.

As a lifelong fan of a bunch of pretty bad teams (Knicks, Jets, Cubs) I've learned that when you stick with the team through the down years it makes the good years that much better.

Also, I went to Michigan for grad school in 2008 and have been a huge fan since. I'm sorry but it's possible it was me that cursed us. As a sports fan all I know is pain.

in your original comment you might have received a different reception. Just mentioning you'll be checking your phone changes the tone of that comment.

I haven't bothered to do a study but it seems that the positive outlooks and the negative outlooks come in mututally supporting waves. Maybe your comment was also out of phase.

I really do think MICH will win today. They're about to run off 7 straight wins. Today is the day that everything will start to make sense.

I'm so numb and apathetic towards this team. I feel less and less connection and emotion everyday. A win would be nice but until DB and Hoke are gone, its whatever.

As depressing to me as it is to admit it, I feel the same way. I don't wanna know what time the game is. This is a ghost season. It's already over, but there are still 8 or so games left to play. I won't watch just because it's too painful and depressing to see. I don't even watch other football now. I loved football because of Michigan and this just isn't Michigan anymore. It reminds me of the Lions when Matt Millen was in charge and everybody knew there was no hope of improving. We all rooted for 0-16 because that was the only way things would get better.
