more than 5 minutes of this game, it will be the most I've watched the Pistons this season...or last...or even the season before that.  And the first time since who-knows-when I've tuned in for the opening tipoff.

:::all they had to do to get my attention was to draft Trey Burke, but noooooooo... :::

Greg Monroe gets the ball under the hoop with no one within 4 feet of him and drops it out of bounds......

Nice play there....

As depressing and empty as the Palace looks right now empty, I can only imagine how much worse it looked when they played at the now-demolished Cobo Arena.

The dumbest design for an arena ever.

I had no idea they tore down Cobo.

Used to go to a bunch of concerts there, and yeah, thought it sort of sucked for concerts honestly, I feel all large venues suck for concerts unless you're close though.  Unless you're going solely for music and acoustics and not to see them perform in which case, idk.

If the opening minutes of this game have been any indication, offensive rebounding is simply not a thing for the Knicks. This would explain some things, I would think. Of course, they have more defensive rebounds than we do, so there's that as well. We're shooting a cool 33.33% at the moment, which seems about right somehow.

Go Pistons! Drum with a career high 26 rebounds and most since a Piston when Ben Wallace grabbed 28 in 2002.

Drummond is going to tear up the league for years to come. We need to get him a great defensive minded coach ASAP!

Amazing on how great of a rebounder he is at such a young age. He used his size, length and athleticism to get it. He has improved offensively, but still has ways to go.  He is still raw and inexperienced especially when it comes to defense, but the potential is there.

GMs have to be palming at themselves for passing Drummond up in the draft and thus giftwrapping the Pistons a franchise center.
