Thursday Night Drinking Thread

I thought I was late to the party. Instead I'm early. Moscow Mule, wife is off to bed so I have a Soft Parade now. Getting pumped to break in some new ski boots tomorrow up north for a spring ski day. Minny is hanging with O$U do that is fun. Lastly, why can't we get the Michigan version of the jerseys IU wore today? Classy, simple, oversized logo on the shorts, balanced! (Why does Adidas gear have shit on one side then not on the other? The OCD in me likes balance).

Bells Smitten, and I really like it. We just started getting Bell's in So Cal, and I think this is my favorite one of their beers. It's a great lighter beer for the weekday when I don't really want an IPA.

I owed my BIL beer from a bet made from the Lions/Cowboys playoff game. He hasn't had Founders before so I got us variety pack. Very delicious, was a big hit

On a related not, listening to SVP and Russilo show on ESPN Radio today, they were doing a segment on pet peeves.  One of the Twitter followers responded with "giving all four guys a five between free throw..misses".  Is that not a good point though?!  When did that become ingrained in basketball players, especially for a make (stepping off the line...you've got a good spot, keep it!).

Tonight's itinerary is still open but I've been thinking of cracking one of my remaining Backwood's Bastards lately, so tonight may be the night.  I've got Central Waters Bourbon barrel-aged Barelwine though as well so I may keep the BWB stashed.  The real question is what am I drinking/where am I going for the game tomorrow (morning here in IA).
