Thursday Football Open Thread

Even though we do not play until Saturday, there finally is some actual football going on. Big games are South Carolina v. UNC, and USC v. Hawaii. In B1G action, Indiana plays Indiana State, and Minnesota plays UNLV.

Unreal that this kid passed on Michigan for the most historically racist program and region in the country. Too far for family to come see you play and culturally oppositeof the midwest where your from.....hmmmm. He looks like a worthwhile Iinvestment thus far for Hugh Freeze.

Rutgers looks like it could be a decent program in the future, will make our division even tougher. I actually think they should switch MSU to the west division and bring Purdue to the east division to make it more interesting.

Just gaurantee our game with Sparty as a cross over, don't beat me up guys. I think this way we can at least count on MSU to beat our division oponents to help us out more.

I know that everyone thinks Ole Miss paid Treadwell, but is it possible he was just promised playing time? He was a college ready receiver and they have two freshman starting, so obviously they could promise playing time.

I know we want to believe the SEC cheats, and I think they do. But, is it possible they just happened to be able to offer something Treadwell really wanted? That being a ton of playing time? Then also, you get Robert by having his brother. Again, I think the SEC cheats, but I'm not so sure Treadwell and Robert were paid. Sometimes teams just get a few guys.

Joe Tesitore, what an awesome voice and he seems fair. I really like that guy, he should be the # 1 Play by Play guy, but not with that shithead, Herbstreit, he has the worse voice and I can't even hear him sometimes, not to mention his damn bias we have to listen to.
