Throwback: Young Jim Harbaugh Coaching

I'm dabbling in coaching for the first time this year and was researching some different techniques. I stumbled upon an old JH coaching clinic that I had seen years ago and forgot about. I'm sure a lot of you have seen this. It's an extremely helpful and informative video.
