Question for our Moderators: Is it possible to delete the OT Anti-Jim Rome comments in threads? Not to be censoriffic, but I understand and appreciate that some folks don't dig the Jim Rome Show. It's just that the OP dealt with an interview with one of our players who just happended to be appearing on a nationally-syndicated show (abeit, one that is hosted by a polarizing personality).
Why is this "flamebait" when the youtube post had nothing to do with the OP?

That's the problem. More specifically, it's a problem with drawing a consistent line and then being around to enforce it in real time. If there's a post that really crosses the line, we'll delete it (usually racial/ethnic/sexual orientation slurs) but even political comments that result in docked points usually stay on the board with a reply from one of the moderators.
I sympathize about negative comments for innocuous OP's getting annoying, but the best thing to do is ignore them and keep posting or use the downvote option if you feel another comment warrants it.
I came on here to post the Jim Everett Jim Rome youtube video, because it is mandatory that any time Jim Rome is brought up, we point out what a douche this guy is. I'm glad people beat me to the punch now.
