That's not passive voice. It's just the present perfect progressive tense. Passive voice would be like "Active sentences are sucked" or something.

What's wrong with "there are"? Gets so annoying when people act like the style of writing their English teachers taught them is the be-all end-all of the English language. Also, you can end sentences with prepositions.

The parallels between the 2 are amazing. Both hired in 2007 - some early struggles before turning it around year 4-5. Taking over a hot pile of garbage. Changing mentaility of the rpograms. Building resilience into program and players. Recruiting to a system rather than starz. Developing a ton of players while missing here or there. Taking their team to near the mountain top if not the very pinnacle. The fan bases not caring much about who they recruit knowing almost everyone they recruit will turn out pretty damn good. Etc.
Sometimes their teams are overwhelmed like MSU tonight but you dont feel cheated as if the team didnt prepare or wasnt motivated. It's frustrating how much money we are throwing at this staff for a substandard product.
