There are...
...days...
...until Tate Forcier shows us what a lot of moxie, years of grooming, a healed shoulder, and a wingless helmet produce in 2010.

Light at the end of the tunnel. It's game week bitches!

You hurt his feelings....

that slot receiver cutting across the middle, yeah, that's MgoShoe.

He definitely looks like a sad panda there.
August 30th, 2010 at 10:10 AM ^
Vlad has only one feeling: That is the feeling of impaling offensive fools who dare cross his path. Vlad isn't sad in that picture, he is perplexed by the idea of us knowing his name since most assassins prefer anonymity.

Can we comission the Annual Tate Forcier Ankle Breaking Run Memorial Award?
August 30th, 2010 at 8:55 AM ^
I think "Annual Tate Forcier Jock-Strap-Snapping Run Memorial Award" would be more fitting.

^^ grrr beat me to it xD
gotta get up earlier in the morning...

Denard "fumble the first snap but still run for a touchdown anyway because haha I'm delithium fast and you are not" annual award.
August 30th, 2010 at 8:59 AM ^
is an epic win in my book, my friend.
August 30th, 2010 at 10:35 AM ^
the art is several months old. I did up several players a la Lego with the original intent of launching a whole line of shirts that couldn't happen. Had to share one this week.

Having the support of the goalie can only help! (just kidding, I like the pic).
And somehow, I have a tiny suspicion that we have been gamed this year. I suspect Forcier has helped deflect a lot of attention this year, and we will be seeing plenty of him at QB.
Yes, it might be wishful thinking, or I could be lost on a river in Egypt, but that nagging thought has been there and won't go away.
If I'm wrong, have you heard that Denard is really fast?
August 30th, 2010 at 8:57 AM ^
For whatever reason, last night I dreamt that the final score was UConn 63, Michigan 60, in Overtime. I have to get right with my subconscious if that's the score I'm getting while asleep.
I'll take the 60, maybe we can "only" give up 28-30, and we're all happy Saturday night.
August 30th, 2010 at 9:20 AM ^
please don't sleep again until Saturday night, just in case. Thanks.

For whatever reason, last night I dreamt that the final score was UConn 63, Michigan 60, in Overtime.I dreamed about $1.71/gallon gas the other night.* That ain't gonna happen either.
* No seriously, I did.

I think you had a basketball dream.
I'm cool if that was a basketball dream. Tell me it was a basketball dream.
August 30th, 2010 at 9:56 AM ^
fast-forwarding to roundball season, me thinks.
August 30th, 2010 at 9:03 AM ^
From RichRod's doghouse to leader of the pack. Watch for it.
August 30th, 2010 at 9:05 AM ^
but Tate will take the majority of snaps vs. UConn, IMO.
August 30th, 2010 at 10:00 AM ^
...I think Tate is the more comfortable choice at QB. Denard is the more exciting option, but with that comes the unknown variable: his composure under duress and his ability to make "antiTacoPants-like" throws and hit receivers in stride.
I like Tate's ability to improvise when things break down.
We shall see...
August 30th, 2010 at 10:27 AM ^
Tate learned how to read the option. Denard will be the go to if he can do that better than Tate.
August 30th, 2010 at 11:00 AM ^
Well played on the dream comments, mates. Good laughs.
That would be a great basketball dream. However, it wasn't.
We can put up 60. They can't put up 63 on our iffy defense, right? RIGHT?

ZOMG! only 5 days to go *masturbates furiously*
August 30th, 2010 at 11:04 AM ^

Does anyone know about Toussaint? Is he a go for the season opener or is he still banged up?
August 30th, 2010 at 1:53 PM ^
LES GET DIS BAD BOI STARTED!
August 30th, 2010 at 4:19 PM ^
Denard Robinson is going to play so well that Tate may only see the field in garbage time. GO BLUE
August 30th, 2010 at 7:12 PM ^
Denard will play the vast majority of the game against uconn
