When is the first bball game for 2011-2012? I'll make a countdown if I can get a date, also if anybody knows when fall practice starts, that can be another countdown we can look forward too.

That'd be the Maui Invitational, I think. Which could start as early as Nov. 11. I don't think they've announced it for sure yet.
Fall practice I'm really not sure about.
Also maybe OSU or MSU games? Hoke has a countdown, so I don't see why MGoBlog shouldn't

an exhibition game if not a real game before Maui. We always play before the tournament.

I was just thinking of the first game scheduled at this point. But good call on that.
Was the date of our first game last year maybe just maybe that will be the date of our first game this next season.
I would say that that is very unlikely.
Last year was the 13th, year before that was the 14th, year before that was the 11th, year before that was the 9th, year before that was the 10th.
I would guess the 12th if anything since that is the Saturday, but our first game has been on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday in the last few years and Maui actually starts on the 11th for some teams and like I said we usually throw in an exhibition or real game before the tournament.
