What was the situation? Looks like an interception, did he manage to reel it in?

Are you? That's Marquise Walker catching a touchdown.

I guess I needed to be educated. That Iowa player kinda looked a QB finishing his throw, hence my question. I grew up far far away, where people do not even know college football exist, so sometimes I find myself trying to catch up with all the Michigan history. I will get there one day.
For those who want to see it again:

Finishing his throw from the goal line while in the air and 5 yards away with his back to the play?
Whoa, he said he was sorry. Ease up.

Michigan vs. Iowa 2001, Marquise Walker's one-handed grab gave Michigan the lead 21-20 with 40 seconds to go in the 3rd quarter. Michigan ended up winning 32-26. Still one of the greatest grabs I've seen a Michigan player make, in a clutch situation like that.

Another huge moment in that game, we're trailing 20-7 and facing a 3rd and 15 at our own 20. Navarre throws a 77 yard bomb to Tyrece Butler who gets tackled at the 3, setting up a Chris Perry score.
If that play is incomplete, I think we're toast.

It took a second for the Griese pic to come up, so for a few seconds I thought something crazy happened and we were actually 4 days away from our first real game. That would have been awesome, but I would have completely missed summer, including my wedding and my son's first birthday.
Eh, worth it.
I like that Walker pic ^^
That Walker TD is one of my most vivid early memories of watching Michigan football.

and combined with David Terrell, formed the top WR class I can remember us getting. I think those guys were something like 1-2 in that H.S. class by some experts. They also got Drew Henson, Justin Fargas, Larry Foote, and Hayden Epstein that year. Not too shabby.
