Thank You U of M Students
I want to say thank you to the Michigan students. First was the sell out day…nuff said! I then brought 2 tickets to get my son and I into the game. I wanted to be in the student section. The event staff booted my son and I out of the area and said they did not have any room. A student in section 31 row 45 must have seen what happened. This student and his friend gave us their tickets to seat 3 and 4. To these two students I want to say THANK YOU. This was our first Michigan football game we have ever been to. My son and I stood in the rain, cheering with the students. It was such a great feeling and although we lost..at that moment, there was no other place that I would rather had been. Thank You U of M students.

I really had a hard time with the Student Section, Third Down Chant, "You Suck." This is not classy. This must be stopped. It is ignorant, and beneath us.
I found it particularly interesting since we were getting blown out (down by about three TDs), and chanting it.
+1 to the Students for making the game fun for a guy and his son.

While I agree that "you suck" is stupid, especially when losing, it's still far more tame than many student sections (I'm looking at you, Sparty, and your "First Down Bitch!" chant)

if we lost, if it was raining, or what the students do or dont do...I am just glad that for a coulple of quarters, my 11yr old son and I were able to be a part of it, heck...I was in such a great mood that I purchased a small soda just so I can have MY first Michigan cup from the game.
