The way he started moving on the sideline, and from how much of a face expression the sunglasses could allow to show, I think coach got emotional.

of my favorite parts of the game. Oh my goodness, the stadium erupted when that happened - the student section went ballistic, everybody got loud, the team down on the field got fired up.
It was amazing.

it was loud in the first half, when the game mattered. Most of all, everyone was very supportive! (with the exception of their opinions of DEATH)

RRod got quite a lot of support on his walk into the stadium too, he gave a few smiles and handshakes and seemed genuinely happy, a few fans cheered just for him.

haven't yet talked to a guy i work with that 'claims' to be a fan, but yet has trashed us all year last year and has been totally downgrading RRod the last couple weeks.
i imagine he's going to tell me that he never had a doubt.
