and scanning the NCAA report, none of the gold pants sold fetched $3000. If TP was supposed to be a senior this year, 2011-2012, then his freshman year was 2008-2009. Gold pants aren't given out until well after The Game, and likely well after the cold of November/December/January.

Any chance this turns into more sanctions for OSU? Someone correct me if I'm wrong but TP left OSU in lieu of speaking to the NCAA about his transgressions, so none of this was taken into account when handing down sanctions other than the tattoo trading, right?

That's all I can say. He's spinning his tale to make himself look better.
He sold his stuff to keep his mom and sister from freezing and to pay the mortgage. That's wonderful, I applaud him for that. Question is how did they come up with money for the cars, to replace the engine in the Charger and the tats? That's the probelm Terrelle, you lived the high life all while claiming to be caring for your family. Maybe it was your lifestyle that caused mom not to be able to make the mortgage, ever think of that?
