Terrelle Pryor done at OSU
I salute you for this post and for everything you stand for.
A Journey of Father and Son

I was born in 1980. I grew up a Michigan fan (thanks Dad!) in Cincinnati. I got used to us winning almost every game against tsio. It was glorious. Almost all of my friends were buckeye fans. There was some gloating...
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
I was born in 1980 as well. In my lifetime, we had beaten OSU 13 times before I even graduated high school.
We had it pretty good, didn't we?
Go Blue! Always!
Like a gift that just keeps on giving, this appeared on espn.com:
Last week's resignation under pressure of Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel was not a result of the university attempting to ward off possible NCAA sanctions, school president Gordon Gee said Tuesday. Gee said the coach's Memorial Day departure followed an accumulation of issues that were troubling to the university.
Troubling?

Who knew that RR and TPs careers would each only last 3 years in their respective college towns?
"the Spirit of Michigan...is based on a deathless loyalty to Michigan and all her ways....and a conviction that nowhere is there a better university, in any way, than this Michigan of ours" - Fielding Yost
A lot of people probably assumed TP's career would be 3 years, but they probably thought it would be because he would declare after junior year as a 1st round NFL lock with the amount of hype surrounding him.
Including Pryor himself...what has to be running through his head right now? He created all this hype for himself and, to quote the Bible which I never do,"Oh, how the mighty have fallen!"
Formerly akron_wolverine and columbus_wolverine. New home, new name. A year in Columbus was enough.
may just be brilliant. It's David lamenting his enemy, King Saul, being killed, though he is next to take over his throne.

David did not view him as his enemy, but rather as the anointed king. His durge, "The Bow" and his preceeding comments also included David's son, Jonathan who David acknowledged that his love for David was deeper than the love from women. In today's world it would be extremly rare to have that kind of friend, unlike TP's friends. In summary...This sure is good popcorn.

They are now forever linked. This will undoubtedly end up with Rich Rod hiring Terrelle Pryor as his quarterback coach/researching research guy on recruits sometime in the future.
"They will meet a dastardly fate here for that! There isn't a Michigan Man who wouldn't like go out and scalp those Buckeyes right now."
May you drive off into the sunset and supplemental draft in your Dodge Charger, I mean Nissan 350Z, I mean Star Wars Land Speeder

But but but, he promised Tressel he would finish his senior season and accept his 5 game punishment. What does a promise mean anymore?
Honda has announced the new "Pryor" line of cars. Apparently, you can test drive them off the lot for 2-3 weeks with no money down.
his promise?! I mean he promised!!

I guess this is basically and admittance of guilt by Pryor. Or at least that is what we all get to read it as.
In the words of the student section at Yost Arena....ahem...
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH CYA!! chump dick wuss asshole prick cheater bitch whore slut!! COCKSUCKER!
When the ADept sells special jerseys and gear, you'll see my picture next to the targeted customer crowd. A sheep.....but a Blue one.....
it's all your fault, it's all your fault, it's all your fault, it's all your fault!
Meltdown commence.
Michigan Arrogance ... Something to be proud of.
Looks like Pryor made enough off memorabilia to retire from college football. Cause we know he wont make it in the NFL. Hope he doesn't think this will end the investigation.
is like Reggie Bush "deciding" to give the Heisman back, or Tressel "deciding" to quit. Wonder if Gee will have any big decisions in his future. Oh well, so much for keeping your promise Terrelle.
How many times have you been on the freeway and had someone fly by you at 100 mph then end up 2 cars ahead of you at the off ramp? What's the point? -Mark Harmon

for a good laugh....expecting "we dont want him anyways", "tressel leaving was all of his fault", "braxton is better anyways"

has no future as a NFL QB. If he's smart(doubtful), he would move to WR.
at the second window. Please pull ahead.

Can't wait to see who leaves next.

Is it at all possible to have Lloyd Brady over his shoulder snagging some popcorn as well?
...Or the entire MGoCommunity?
Lived the Dream. 2008-2012
If Lloyd Brady himself came on MGoBlog and say "Hey guys, could you please stop? It's creepy." I'm pretty sure we would stop. As far as I know, he seems to enjoy the name (or at least not mind it). Thus, I see no problem with it.

"There was a time I could have been mistaken for Burt Reynolds. I had a moustache and so did he. But he was the number one star in the world, so there wasn't really much confusion."
Hoke gif without pointing. Best of the many laughs on this Goodbye Pryor post.
Brady Hoke - High quality recruits one or two at a time.

I experienced them regularly growing up. One of the topics at Thanksgiving dinner every year was discussing the victory over OSU from the week before. I want that back. God, how I want that back.
