"TF: Oh, and there's something else. I don't know how people get my phone number, but I've been getting all these messages. It happened last week, before Michigan State, and before the Iowa and Notre Dame games, as well. They send texts about how we're going to lose the game. They call me. Sometimes they call at 2 a.m. I don't know how this happened. Where do they get the number? I might have to go ahead and change mine." Really? People actually do that? I've heard of making noise outside of a professional team's hotel or something, but really? Hope he has an unlimited text plan, because he'll need it in November... EDIT: It's probably a spiteful and vengeful Pryor....

I figured the obvious answer was a public records database. I have access to one for work, and it's always fun to recite some personal facts about my friends to them, or look up their sister's numbers, etc. So I tried finding Tate, and he didn't show up. Weird. So I tried a couple of other football players, and they aren't in their, either. I don't see how that's possible - surely they can't block access to the voter registrations, etc, of every D1 athlete, right? So yeah, in sum, I have no idea how to get that info.

I've heard LSU fans are notorious for doing this to UF players. Last year it was Tebow, and this year they're hitting Brantley and someone else, forgot who. They've had to change numbers because the phone rings absolutely nonstop. It's a really lame thing to do to an amateur athlete.
