Michigan Cares About Michigan. This is a great attitude - take care of yourself and you will be better off. Perhaps Sparty should worry about their team and not about how we feel about them. Maybe, just maybe, they wouldn't be 1-3 if they did that.

The danger with this type of injury is not reaggrivating it through use, but re-injuring it by running too much and getting squashed...
I hope he only scrambles and stretches for yards conservatively this game... man we need this kid.

i go back a ways. and i can't think of a true freshman QB anywhere who's had such a positive impact on a team. and i liked henne (especially playing hurt as a senior), but not even close to tate.
to tell tate not to make plays (ie. scramble) would be handcuffing him. it is what it is. he's that bucking bronco.
anyone out there know of a true freshman QB that i'm not considering? again, anywhere, anytime?

We do need him but we need him the way that he is. The fact that he scrambles and goes all out even when he knows he is going to get rocked is what makes him such an amazing kid. I still find myself in awe over the heart and determination of this kid. Without his all out style we would easily be 2-2 right now. It is scary but he has to keep it up.

and what Michigan does or doesn't do has always been Sparty's achiles heal.
Izzo said it, Saban said it.......if they'd just worry about themselves Sparty could be a solid program, but they develop and promote their own inferiority complex.
