i can finally get a decent slice of pizza in this cesspool
Cottage Inn has 2 carry out restaurants in the cbus area (one time when we picked up our Sicilian's, the employees didn't even have an idea they worked for one of Ann Arbor's finest...)
I was unaware and since I moved here from Cleveland I have tried 2 local joints, both not great, and 3 chains...which are boring.
Then again, I worked in a pizzeria for a year and a half in high school and 3 years in college, both family owned one-off shops, so maybe I'm biased
It's not Buddy's, but it'll do...even though it is 17 miles one way from my house
Hope to see you there. We almost got Dhani Jones to come, but he had a conflict.
but my Wife is due with our first somewhere around the 16th, so I may not be going anywhere for a while.
Have you tried Donato's, yet? If you have and you didn't like it...well, God help you and your unsophisticated palate. :-p
We can't sustain firepower of that magnitude for long!
I would if I could.
You stole my Kipling quote....
.... glad to see you appreciate it as well.
it's a great quote. I read somewhere that Lloyd Carr used it, and then I started using it with the youth hockey team I coach.
When I was in school, '92-'96, the entire quote, forgive my memory but includes something like this: the wolf that shall keep it may prosper but the wolf that shall break will die.... was painted on the team defensive meeting room in Schembechler Hall. I worked in athletics for a couple of years and was in that room often. I always thought that was a great quote and well placed for the defense.
we gotsta' stick together.
Hope I am off that day...could use some decent pizza in Cbus. I am convinced the best pizza down here is Little Ceaser's, God help me.
I normally love this great state of mine. Until I think back on Tios, and Zingermans, and Cottage Inn, and that greek place whose name alludes me. AH!! Well you can order stuff from Zingermans online I guess...
I might make it out to this one, depending on how my studies go.
