But it's been like that all season.
I said at halftime when everyone was high fiving that we have cold stretches and our defense is shotty. We had to keep up the effort and intensity and we really we inconsistent. But we're advancing at the better team won.
I'd MUCH rather play UK than L'ville even though I want a rematch. I just think UK will be coming off such a high if they win that turning around to play us in 2 days will be impossible.
I think we matchup better with Louisville...but que sera sera

we're better against a press than pounding the rim...think VCU last year...we're still not that bad this year against the press

being such a young team they're probably a bit more volatile, plus they're an SEC team. A fairly veteran Louisville team probably beats us

Shut up. If you don't call a charge, LeVert gets the steal and the ball stayed IN BOUNDS. LeVert had it easily.
Some guys like Davis are arguing that it was a block. Gottleib thinks it was a charge, pointing out that in college you can move laterally. You're right in that if it was a no call, LeVert gets the ball, and by the time he's foulded, there's 3 seconds left.
I dont like the UK matchup myself; they remind me of the Fab 5 - make lots of errors but athleticism and skill is high. Also a long team. I think we're better than Louisville.

If we play UK, I'll like the fact that they just beat their rival in what felt like the Super Bowl.
They're also young and I don't think they're THAT good. I just think they've been playing well. GRIII can't guard Randle, but Randle can't guard him either.

I'll like that our guys will be PUMPED for a rematch and we'll be fired up the same way MSU was fired up to play use in the B1G final.
However, their press worries me. We're AWFUL versus pressure. Walton and Albrecht may have combined for double digit TOs tonight.

Wichita was a one seed either.
In general I think this was one of the worst seeded tournaments in a long time.

Kentucky had a virtual home game against them and had to play just about a perfect game to beat them by 2. If VanVleet has even a normal game Wichita runs away with that. You watch one of the best college basketball games of the season and decide Wichita wasn't a 1? So are we not a real 2 since Tennessee almost beat us?

They're fine. MSU is a really good team when everything is clicking. But Virginia was a bit of a weak #1 in a year where there was basically Florida and Arizona and then some questions.
