This was posted in another thread, but I thought it deserved its own thread since some of us were briefly very excited at the prospect of Mykhailiuk visiting Michigan.  We'll have to find other uses for our Michigan-Ukrainian flags now.

...the coaches either didn't want to pursue him or he changed his mind about Michigan abruptly.  Because we heard he was interested in Michigan one day and then, maybe two days later, we were hearing from Sam Webb that he was not a candidate to be in AA.

Zyzzyballubah was the name of the terrifying levitating fireball head thing from Wizard of Oz. He actually seems pretty mellow when you get close to him. Intimidating visitors to the Wizard of Oz must have been a shitty job for him.

They gettin' paid. Seriously. There was a post here a few months back time lining Kansas since Self got there and though the post had no sources or anything, it was a LONG post with many claims, most seemingly true or believable, of bad behavior, parents landing jobs within the school while their son played in Lawrence, cops ignoring sexual assault claims, etc. etc.. Many big time players. Even if a fraction of that post was true, Kansas is corrupt as all hell.

that has won a national championship within the last 6 years and been to the NCG within the last three.  They have a coach who has been COY twice and have won a bunch of conference titles in a row.  They've also had six 1st round picks in the last four years, a good chunk of those being lottery picks.  Yeah, you have to live in Kansas, but if you come in as a top prospect and work hard, you'll be living in an NBA city within a year or two.  Seems logical to me, whether they're getting paid under the table or not.

Not losing sleep over this one. I pay for premium recruiting information, listen to Sam Webb every day, and still have never heard of this kid. So he can't possibly have been a high priority
