Superdome 3D Seating Chart

Submitted by Look Up_See Blue on

I received my Sugar Bowl tickets today and was very anxious to see where we would be sitting(we purchased through athletic dept and did not know at time of purchase).  I found this really cool 3D seating chart that gives a pretty good idea of our seats.  When you click the link you will see at the top of the page where you can click on PLAZA-CLUB-TERRACE-SUITES-CHAMPIONS SQUARE.  From there you can click your section.  it gets even better.  Once you mouse over your section they do the rows in blocks and you can click the block that your row is in and then it zooms in with your view.  Pretty neat if you haven't seen it yet.  Hope everyone enjoys!

Edit: for those that rode the short bus to school like I did.  You can skip all that nonsense I wrote and at the bottom left of the page type in your section and row.  Wow i'm a dumbass sometimes.

Used that website just to see the difference between seats about a week ago. It seems like you will have a good view no matter where you sit

Yeah I got nervous when I saw I was in section 121 which is in the corner but then the view from the 3D seating chart looks pretty good.

Yes they are pretty close, but I do think there is such a thing as too close.  But i'm not going to complain because i'm grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to go to this game.

You should remove your picture from the thread.  It is easy to steal your tickets.  Here is how.

Stub Hub offers a "Download Now" feature.  This feature allows someone in Ann Arbor to upload the bar code data from his season tickets (or Sugar Bowl tickets).  Stub Hub then verifies that the bar code data matches with sec and row number.

Then the tickets can be sold and "print at home".  Then someone will use the paper tickets to gain entry into the event.  You will not know until you get to the event.  The scanner will deny you entry because the system thinks you are already inside.

The thief doesnt care because he has set up a bogus account.  If the thief actually used the tickets, he certainly will not sit in those seats because the Police will check those seats first.

So remove that picture and re-post with the bar code data blacked out.  I am sure that no one here on this blog will ever do this.  Why? Because we are all Michigan Men.  However, there are others who are not so nice.

I took them down immediately, thanks for the info and concern.  The way the tickets were pictured I believe only one of them could've been scanned successfully.  The other barcodes didn't show fully.  I do appreciate the heads up.

Awesome, thanks for posting the link.  I had somehow found something similar on the internets for the Tigers during the playoffs but was not having luck for the Sugar Bowl.  Anyone else in section 324?  I'll be the one in my Michigan sweatshirt, fyi.

The  N.O. historical temperatures for Jan 3rd are as follows:

Mean: 53

Max: 62

Min: 44

I was planning on wearing my Maize student T shirt.  Might be a tad chilly for that.

The view is pretty accurate.  I posted this link in one of the original Sugar Bowl ticket threads and found a real picture of my seats that matched almost perfectly to the 3D view.
