There are enough Michigan men playing
Hoke was top notch at this aspect of his job.
Braylon and David Harris aren't true Michigan Men based on their player intros.
In other news the Bengals offense looks horrid - bad case of the dropsies.
I missed Harris'. What did he say? or not say?
not to put too much stock in the player intros.
Yeah. In his Raider days, Woodson said his high school at least twice.
is having a monster game - love the fact the Jets are running the option.
I don't like the Jets but I want them to win to keep the Texans out of the playoffs.
game doesn't mean much to me but I was hoping the Texans WOULD get their first post-season action.
I see what you did here---
Braylon Edwards Thread the Fourth.
Palmer was excited about the INT because at least someone was willing to catch a pass form him... even if it was the other team.
the Bengals will put in the second string after the half - no sense risking an injury when you are not going to win this game.
If I'm the Bengals I'd much rather play the Jets and a rook than Houston's high powered offense
3 rematches next weekend - NYJ/Cin GB/AZ and DAL/PHI
I like it when we have rematch weekend.
I can't remember having one rematch on wildcard weekend, let alone three. How often does it happen where teams play each other two weeks in a row? It's an odd scheduling quirk that this happened.
in 2005 all 4 divisional games were rematches.
was a rematch - I think that was in 2000(?)
As someone who works for the Texans, I can't trust them to win even during a streak like this. Our kicking game is atrocious. Our defense is suspect at best. Neither of those translates to much post season success.
Today was a pretty big step for the franchise. Yes, the Patriots pretty much handed us the game by letting Hoyer finish the game, but we still ended up with a winning season, something we had never done. The stadium was shaking from cheering for an hour after the game.
To make the playoffs, that might incite a riot.
funny you say that... my father is HPD and says the department has actually discussed what to do if Texans make playoffs.
I'm calling this sU-Mday Night Football. It's great seeing blue represented in the League even if Edwards and Harris are a bit wonky on their intros.
He sure does drop alot of passes although you have to look for the ball first before you catch it.
LOL, that was pretty funny. But it looked like he was going to block.
Looks like Ochocinco is going to have to change his name back to Johnson, as he didn't score.
This Bengals team looks completely inept. How did the get into the post-season?
Swept their division, won a few other games. But they better bring it when they host the Jets, or it was all for naught.
I don't think the Bengals wanted to show everything they have since they have to play the very same team the next week but i could be wrong.
If they had won, they would have faced the Texans.
Morgan Trent is just locking down that side of the field.
Kidding. Kind of.
J! E! T! S!
It was so cold there! I Hope I regain feeling in my toes!
