Summer Swarm Tour: Day 2 - Prattville, AL
Day 2 of the Summer Swarm Tour continues as the coaches have arrived in Prattville, Alabama. Michigan invading ESS-EEE-CEE country. Suck it, Saban.

Day two of "Harbaugh's March" through the SEC.
Those links don't say anything about coaches pulling them out, where did you get that info?
Should stay out of it.
Nice to see High School coaches caring about their kids... oh wait?
Prattville coach Chad Anderson says he's been contacted by Ohio State and Pac-12 schools about future satellite camps

...if he turned them down?
Thought good ole Urban wasn't a fan of these camps...lol
I live about 3 hrs from Prattville and had toyed with the idea of going but ultimately couldn't swing it. However - in the process I ended up talking multiple times with one of the women at the Autauga Foundation - which is the organization that sponsors the fundraiser that was part of the reason Coach Harbaugh ended up in Prattville. Anyway - some interesting points:
- she said that traditionally the head coach from Auburn and Alabama alternate appearing at the camp/banquet. This year was Nick Saban's turn, but he couldn't make it due to his schedule. So they had a hole - and the appearance by Coach Harbaugh sort of fell in their lap. This was ironic to me - the impetus behind the "satellite camp" was Nick's schedule.
- for logistics/planning reasons she ended up talking with Coach Harbaugh multiple times leading up to the camp. She thinks he is the greatest.
- she said that the HS coaches were blown away because they had ~ 400 kids there and the interest for a reception/banquet this evening where Coach Harbaugh is appearing has also helped greatly.
All good stuff - curious to see what othere see/hear.
I'm in Prattville today for the Jim Harbaugh show. Nice sized crowd here.
