I doubt this bowl season will change the perception overnight, but it honestly should.  The SEC rarely plays anyone in the Non-conference and they are propped up by "beating up on each other"  all year.  Hell Texas A&M and South Carolina were shown to be garbage and yet other SEC teams were vaulted into the Top 10 for beating them.

I wanted the Ducks to win before, but now I want them to win more than ever. I actually was torn about this game. I didn't want either team to win and am happy to see Saban so distraught.

Well i guess now people on here can quit with the "Urban left he SEC cause Saban owned him"  narrative.   Good thing we finally have a good coach because the team in Columbus is rolling and will probably have another Nat'l Championship in 11 days.

ESPN commentators "this puts to rest who should be in the playoff." Not quite, all it tells us that TCU should have been in instead of the SEC! And also, that All State President is a UM grad. Must be tough.

These past two days have been brutal on me. No joke I wanted Ole Miss, Arizona, Mississippi State, Baylor, Auburn, Florida State, and Alabama to win.

I hate college football. And my life. And that stupid freaking CENTURIIIEEEEEEEEEESSS song.

I remember being at the Sugar Bowl game when we won just a few long years ago... my how far we have fallen...

I dont wanna hear any more about the SEC, they were way overrated!

On one hand I never like seeing the Buckeyes (or Spartans) have success, but at the same time it has been a good day for the B1G and a good bowl season as well. The cherry on top with the latter view is that SEC has fallen on their face this bowl season. It will be nice to not have an SEC team in the championship game. Go Ducks.

Thank you. I just read this entire thread while eating lunch at my desk. It was like reliving the whole game. The highs, the lows and all of the self-loathing, loser, UM hatred for my beloved Buckeyes. Seriously, that was immensely pleasurable. Imagine if the situation were reversed and you were reading a similiar thread on elevenwarriors. Sweet right? Well it wasn't reversed, sorry. and 90% of those Buckeyes will be back next year along with another top 5 recruiting class. It doesn't matter who your coach is. Oh, and thanks for Mike Weber. He looks like a beast. We own Cass Tech.
