Student Section Big Chill Tickets

So I just got my football season tickets in the mail today, but it only came with one Big Chill ticket. I thought that one ticket was already included in the season ticket package - I paid for an additional ticket. Anyone know what is going on?

Ticket pickup is in November.

I haven't received mine yet but yes I believe they made a mistake. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to me.
