State of UM Football in Images

Submitted by Gameboy on

Like all of you, my entire weekend was a tire fire because of the game and I succeeded in pissing off my family and friends to boot. I need more creative ways to dissipate my anger.

I saw a thread like this in TWIS a couple of weeks back, and I think we can use one right now as a group, so go ahead and post your image that best describes the state of football that we are in today.

As a bonus, this will provide some easy content for TWIS (if Brian is up for writing one this week).

Here is my vote:

Hopefully, no one minds or finds it unprofessional of a mod to ring in here, but I admit that I sort of saw this scene from "The Search For Spock" immediately following the game:

I don't know, but I venture to say this has a better chance of success than a Gibbons field goal did Saturday.

Disclaimer:The field goal misses were not entirely his fault. Apart from the 33 yarder he yanked, the coaches didn't put him in a very good situation to succeed. I have full confidence in Gibbons kicking field goals going forward and we already owe him for our 2011 Sugar Bowl victory.

"Oh boy! Another offensive series! 1st down! OK. I-right 34 give. On two.!"

"Hmmm, that's strange...... Didn't work?"

"Nevermind! RUN IT AGAIN! :) "

"I suck!"

That use of mace is just not justified.  The guy is restrained, hands cuffed behind his back.  The officer should be getting some unpaid time to thing about his use of force practices.  Michigan guy might be getting paid.

By the way, I am sure the other officers and fans in the area got to enjoy the after affects of Robo Cop's use of mace in a crowded area.

Well done, Officer Fife.  Please hand in your one bullet.
