Start-up Michigan Gear
I've got a long-time buddy of mine that has a great and very unique Michigan apparel website (not Nike) that any interested party should definitely take a look at and maybe bookmark if you happen to find it as cool as I do. At the very least, take a look and let me know in the comments so I can give him some feedback.
Thanks, folks.

I liked everything about but the term "suckeyes" on the order form. He could leave the silly pick of Elliot up with the simple "dont be like this guy" and get the same point across IMO. I thought it was easy to navigate, had good graphics and I like some of the shirts (especially the 47-48 National Champs shirt).
Good luck to your friend!

Looks like cool t-shirt, but too many popups on the site for me to try to go through it right now. I'll check it out later when I have more patience. It's running thin right now with something lurking two days away

I like the site and the designs are surprisingly well done, was a bit iffy about the potential licensing issues though.

I checked their FAQs. They linked to the Usage Policies for the University and claim they do not violate any trademark or wordmark.

These are much better than I was expecting. I don't like the Gameday category but the Vintage and Legends are really nice designs. Super expensive but might be worth one or two.

I think the website is laid out really nicely, I enjoy a good responsive site. I would be curious to know how licensing issues were handled (just at a high level, I don't know how any of that works). The designs were well done.
Overall I am impressed.
I did see they somewhat addressed my question in their FAQ's
Q: Why doesn't Harmon and Yost have any block M designs?
A: We love the big Block M like everyone else, but we decided we wanted to create unique and original apparel designs that you can't find anywhere else. We also respect the University of Michigan's Usage Guidelines, so you won't find any trademarks or wordmarks used by the University of Michigan in our designs. What you will find though are one-of-a-kind maize and blue designs that you'll love.

My only comment is that the liberal use of "Fade up and in" I found a bit annoying. I mean, does the footer really need it too?
