St. Pats UofM related shirts?

Submitted by casmooth on
I'm looking to purchase some gear for St. Patrick's Day and was wondering if anyone had seen any UofM related St. Pats shirts for sale around campus. In years prior I have seen "Kiss me, I'm a Wolverine" shirts around. Has anyone seen any good shirts out there (at UGP, M-Den, Moes, Union, etc)? Thanks.

There's always been something weird to me about green Michigan attire. I understand that it's pretty much exclusively for St. Patrick's Day, but it's still strange to see "MICHIGAN" on a green shirt (especially this one that's got a shamrock on it).

I almost always just refuse to wear green on St. Patrick's Day since even that makes me feel a little weird. Last year my friend who was having a party threatened that she wouldn't let me in if I wasn't wearing green. So I busted out the iron-on letters and a $3 shirt and wore this shirt around Chicago all day. Edit: Apparently TwitPic changes the url of pictures somewhat frequently. Did not know that.

Wife was a December graduate and her school has a pub crawl planned on the final Friday on the academic calendar. Not wanting to miss the big hockey game that night, her plan was to go to the first couple of bars, catch the game, rejoing pub crawl. I leave work, pick her up, and head to Yost not knowing green UM Pub Crawl shirts were distributed. Opponent...MSU. S.O.B! Needless to say, I refused to sit with her in the student section unless she wore her coat or purchased something from the souvenir stand, which she wisely did. I still give her crap for that one. Yeah I'm not a big fan of green M shirts either.

I bought a 'Kiss Me, I'm a Wolverine' t-shirt with a block M inside a clover from the North Campus book store a few years ago. I wore it at Michigan State during St. Patty's that year too. I thought it was pretty funny, I'd be sitting around talking with someone and it would take them 20 minutes to realize what my shirt said. Hilarity ensued.

Notre Dame type garb for a holiday I am not a member of. (German/Dutch - no Irish) Wear Maze and Blue. Maybe you'll get pinched by a hot girl.
