I have never been to a Spring Game but was planning on driving in from Cleveland this Saturday. Unfortunately, the forecast currently looks terrible. Was wondering how weather could potentially affect the plans for the day. As long as there is no lightning, is everythign pretty much still a go? If there is lightning, is the whole thing canceled?
Spring Game weather?
They will call the game near the end of the third quarter.
Lightning, and it could be a short afternoon.
Better question might be, does Lacrosse play in the rain? Will the game after the game go on, if everything is safe? That attendance might be hurt more by bad weather than anything.
not if there's lightning in the area... the metal shafts unfortunately make for excellent lightning rods!
There is no lightning in the forecast. Just a 50% chance of showers, and you can keep an eye on the hour by hour weather on their website at weather.com. Looks like there's a chance for a couple showers in the morning as of now, but it could clear up around 10.
I'm in the same boat as I'm driving up from SW Michigan for it, but if it's nasty then screw it. I'll just watch on TV. Which sucks.
But AccuWeather is saying thunderstorms during the day.
Which means it'll probably be 80 and sunny.
Looks like an RCMB friend stopped by to say hello.
you should really see a doctor about that.
Yeeeahhhhhh Boyeeeeeeee!!! Bring your umbrella.... and your banhammer.
...from ek43forever. Brief showers and falling temperatures will bring clearing later on.
Gorgeous tomorrow. Crappy Saturday. As of now.
It's the Michigan Spring Game, rain is a requirement.
At least it's supposed to be warmer than the last 5 or so years.
I go for the sorostitutes, guess I'll be skipping this one.
What did the troll say?
