Sponsor Note: Homesure Lending & Tix for Tonight
^swanky new logo.
So March, when the housing market starts to really pick up again, is only a few weeks out. If you’re trying to get out ahead of that market you’re probably already looking. If you’re waiting for spring selections you may want to start working on your pre-approval right now. So it’s a good time to remind you that Matt’s the guy to talk to. He makes the process easy, knows all the tricks, and keeps a small shop that deals with multiple lenders so he can charge way less than the loan mills, and get you approved faster. He can do Michigan, Florida, or Ohio now, and recently opened an office in Ann Arbor. He did my loan, and Brian’s loan, and a bunch of other readers’ loans.

Refinanced with Matt about a year ago. Paid for itself in a few months with interest savings. Now I save $190/month in interest, plus got free football tickets!

Since Gard hasn't been amenable to internet memes, let's take a recent stroll down the Badger hoops memory lane.
ALSO: I'm ineligible for free tix. I live in Madison, WI, so will not be able to attend the game. Hopefully this inspires some worthy entrants.
BE LOUD TONIGHT, CRISLER CENTER.

I was watching this game on my phone that I was holding in my crotch while at a Detroit Symphony Orchestra concert in this massive cathedral in Bloomfield Hills. When this happened I couldn't contain myself and fist-pumped. Then I looked around the transept to see how many black suits the sports-watching dude in a brown blazer had offended, and instead found three other guys who had to have been either watching or had a score tracker update.
This was before we had company Slack chat so Brian, Ace and I just had a gchat that was always open, and neither of them could do the muppets (or planned on having to, since who could imagine Michigan winning in the Trohl Center?) So I posted the muppets from my phone (had to copy the html directly from a football muppets and change the wordsy parts). I missed out on the marital credit one gets from going to a DSO concert, but it was totally worth it.

Your Draftageddon team was the best Draftageddon team of all the Draftageddon teams.

Paul has a hat on. Wouldn't want any unplanned pregnancies.

And now by far the most amusing comment in the thread is written by the guy giving out the tickets. Just go to the game yourself.

Matt and his team have actually just today helped me get the all clear to close on my first home! He and his staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with!
Also, first post on this board after joining years ago, just to endorse Homesure Lending, (and maybe get some tix).
And, in before the deadline!

Michigan State went 3-9 during the 2016 college football season. Notre Dame went 4-8.

We have now refinanced with Matt twice over the past year and he and his team could not be easier to work with. Great guy and just a simple process from start to finish. Highly recommend HomeSure to anyone looking to buy or refinance.
