Spike Albrecht piece on si.com

I thought this was a good read on our previously under-appreciated Spike Albrecht.  It discusses his recruitment and mentality towards his own game as well as his "moment of glory" and future potential.

Honestly, watching him do what he did in the first half of the NC game was one of the biggest highlights of my UM-fandom career. I was pleased to see Lavall Jordan had a similar reaction to my own while watching his out-of-nowhere performance; one of the best underdog moments I've ever witnessed.

A family member on the team he said Caris is the most impressive and his ceiling is high to grow but Albrecht can straight up play. He thought he would've been better then he was all year but he was a step behind for quickness throughout the season. He figured it out in the tournament but he didn't surprise me in the NC game it was just a matter of time, good kid. I hope he picks up a little quickness and speed though, reminds me of stu douglas, seems a little to slow at times to guard a quick PG.
