If you read the game recap, there is a box with a plug for the B1G blog.
The caption in the box is

I never seen division championship hats for college football teams. Usually it's just a t-shirt, but a hat? I'd rather just wait to get the one that matters. You know how much of dumbass someone is gonna look like if they buy this, and wisconsin beats state 52-10 in the B1G title game?

I haven't either, but its not a big deal. However, if Northwestern beats MSU (and I don't think they will) and Michigan beats OSU...technically aren't we "Co-Champs" of the Division with MSU getting the tie breaker to appear in the title game?

Technically yes but If Michigan is called that, what does it matter? Unless Michigan is going to Indy, it really means nothing. All I care about is next saturday.

Michigan dismantles Nebraska and has a weak OSU on the schedule prime for ending their streak and people are still fucking posting MSU-related shit. the OP should be ashamed... the MSU fan base has gotten in his head.

The irony of the heading I posted above was too delicious to pass up: Michigan dismantled Nebraska, who dismantled Sparty, and the Michigan win was obviously on the mind of whoever had written that summary; it's a good commentary on how Michigan is playing right now.
For the record, Sparty deserves to play in the championship game, and my hat is off to them for that. It just made me smile that someone at ESPN had conflated their clinching the Big Ten division title with Michigan dismantling Nebraska.
