Sparty Depth Chart vs. Michigan [Dion Sims not listed]
MSU's depth chart was just released for this week, and one thing that really stands out is the fact that Dion Sims is nowhere to be found. Think this is just a bit of gamesmanship from Dantonio, or do you really think he won't be playing? Kittredge is also ahead of Reynolds at DT which is a changeup. Anything else surprising?
Beat Sparty.

I may have missed it, or it may be due to the fact I don't really pay attention to Spartys roster, but why is Lawrence Thomas a Fullback?

I should trust the MGoCommunity more. I just should.

Back the whole game after Bell is stuffed. Bank it. This mini run where nothing much was really gained outside the Big Ten is over. Sorry

Remember when Lawrence Thomas spurned playing DE at Michigan because he was going to MSU to play LB at 265?
Now he's 295 and plays FB.
Nothing against you Mr. Thomas, but I hope Mr. Jake Ryan puts you on your ass.

Who cares...we will break them.

As is always the case in this game, it comes down to who can run and who can stop the run. I'm nervous that Bell is going to run through our defense. On the other hand, MSU ran to our perimeter last year and beat us on the edge. Bell is more of a downhill runner.
I like our depth at running back. We can rotate guys who have power with guys who have speed. But we have to get something going in the running game outside of Denard. Otherwise they will just key in on him like they have the previous two seasons.
