The nutty Michigan coverage isn't so much about Harbaugh as it is a signal to the Big Ten that Fox wants to party.
The likelihood of being taken to the electric shed by Texas Tech probably did the trick.
Figuratively and literally speaking.
The beat down!!
At least the Sparties didn't walk into a room and assault anyone for their tickets.
Something about dong kicks/punches that makes me laugh every time. Good work to you sir. Welcome.
I mean, why pay for your tix when you can don a face mask, beat up some Texas Tech fan/engineer, and watch the game in person for free?
I wouldn't be too upset if MSU pulled away with a win. I originally was going to root against them, but now that OSU won there game, i would be just fine with the Big Ten going 5-2 in the post season (assuming Iowa beats Georgia Tech.) I'm tired of people saying the Big Ten sucks. 5-2 might shut some people up.
and to think, the big ten is two plays away from being 5-0 right now (non-fumble by minn and [choose NW blown opportunity to insert here])...
im same mentality now that OSU won...
I'd much rather see them get taken to the woodshed and finish under .500.
As I recall, we didn't do too well in selling our allotment to the Alamo Bowl in 2005.
Oh, for the days when the Alamo Bowl and a 7-4 record entering the game was a major disappointment.
On second thought, asking Iota Phi Theta to help out as volunteer ticket agents probably wasn't the sharpest of ideas.
MSU really should have been picked for the Pizza Bowl. They would have sold a lot more tickets, and they would have had an opponent whose personnel more closely matches their post-frat beatdown roster. MSU must have a reputation of not being a team that "travels well" by now, and the state's economy exacerbates their average fan's lack of resources; sending them to Texas is a WTF moment.
half of their players didn't want to goto San Antonio when they heard how the state of Texas deals with criminals.
