I'm not talking about you GWUWolverine, but I refuse to respond to the troll directly.
He's a "tough guy" and also a liar, because we all know s/he--just like the tweeting Sparty players--was watching Michigan win the BCS Sugar Bowl. That's what makes the sign even more funny. The fun poked was a direct hit that got all of their panties in a bunch.

I feel like we should lock the boards after anything involving MSU. This was only one guy, but after the Outback Bowl was horrible

So I was at an MBA night at a presitigious school. The speaker was saying how they draw some of the top talent from across the country. Then she started asking prospective students in the audience where they attended undergrad. The first student said Michigan State. The speaker looked suddenly disappointed as if it was an insult to her "prestigious school". Then she asked a second student who also said Michigan State. She was so upset that they weren't from a presitigious school that she just gave up the whole exercise.
That is my sparty story for the day.

Was it 4 or 5 years ago?

Has MSU handed UM their ass on the gridiron the last 4 years or the last 5 year... and no I'm too lazy to google it.

Whether or not you think the sign was in good taste, I will defend the fans for trying to be funny. People need to give funny a chance.

Being funny or taste has nothing to do with the issue.
I strongly encourage the sign makers and all who think it was a good idea to seek professional help.
You were not playing us, yet you can not take you mind off us.

I just love it how the 'moderator' marks any reply that's not of the form of having “drank the Kool aid" as trolling.
