Sort of OT: Possible stand tunes?
I'm curious. How many people would support a "Yakety Sax" stand tune performed by the MMB (or the Hockey Band or Basketball Band) after the opposing team does something outlandishly stupid or hilarious? Another possible stand tune to be played at hockey games would be the "Shots" chorus that definitely caught on in the student section this past season. If you guys have any more ideas, definitely feel free to post them. I'll e-mail Boerma/Pasquale with the more popular ones. Thanks!

I specifically remember playing Yakety Sax in high school. Wouldn't be hard for the MMB to find an arrangement.
Can you imagine them playing this as the opposing team is walking off the field after another victory? It makes me want to type haha in caps.
