Months ago when we got in on D. Green I looked at his mixtape and thought ..pretty good. Last night driving home I heard Sam say he was the #6 player overall and #1 RB on Scout. I told myself I must be missing something. I just watched it again and I just don't see it. I think Thomas Rawls and Stephen Hopkins tapes were more impressive.
I'm not questioning the scouting of him, I'll believe he's great until proven otherwise. I'm just curious if anyone else watched the tape and thought the same thing. I read the ESPN profile and they said he was a bruiser but I don't see that many highlight broken tackles. He didn't appear to run away from anyone. Maybe his competition was outstanding. I know the level of competition can be a key factor in how exciting a tape can be. Again he looks good, but what I'm saying is for being the #1 back in the country you think it would stand out more. Maybe his friend is a terrible editor?

I have seen a ton about his level of competition, which I believe probably has a lot to do with his #1 ranking on Rivals and now Scout. Also, his Senior highlight tape is much more impressive than his Junior year so maybe you were watching his Jr. tape.
Lloyd Brady is my homeboy...for real he is!
