My opinion is that Baxter will give Lane Kiffin the home-town discount and remain committed to USC.
Moreover, my opinion is that we have about a 30-40% chance at Parker. The difference with him is that he was already wavering before Carroll resigned, so that's the good news. The bad news is that Monte Kiffin is a great defensive mind with NFL success - so Parker might have a tough time turning down the home town team with an NFL caliber D-Co (though GERG ain't bad himself!).
Finally, I think it's open season on Tennessee recruits (HA! I said the same about Meyer and Carrol's recruits, too!). We've been looking at 3* LB Michael Taylor, so that might be an easy pluck.
