For my display case in the man cave!

If we have to have retro and special edition uni's...I wish this guy was designing them.  Somone send adidas his resume!

The Bo-style block M is decent. I don't like the one with black wings. It would probably be a question of experimenting with different matte finishes to find exactly the right look for TV.

I can't remember where I saw it, but I remember seeing a fan generated helmet redesign that simply changed the paint job on the face mask such that the maize brim of the helmet was demarcated in maize on the cage as well, with the rest of the cage blue. Such a simple thing looked very sharp without altering the traditional helmet itself. And the cage paint jobs have changed a bit over the years, so that shouldn't be the sacred cow that the wings have understandably become. Incidentally, I HATED the gray cages at the Sugar this year: I had thought that the reason we left the old gray cages behind was because Bo wanted to purge the uniform of ANY Ohio coloring. So I thought bringing them back was misguided. I'd rather have the maize AND blue cages that continue the wing coloring motif as above than FILTHY GRAY.

I actually kinda like this.  Not as an all-the-time thing, but I think the finish would look solid in a UTL game.
