Hells Yeah!  When we have Wagner on the mound, this should be the team's theme song....

Re-did some lyrics in Haylie's honor:

"Stop Haylie time

Every time you see her that Haylie's just so hype

She’s dope on the mound and gets them out on strikes

Now why would she ever stop doing this

With opponents makin' outs they just don't hit

She has toured around the country from Wilpon to OKC

It's Haylie go Haylie

It's a Haylie yo Haylie and the Wolverines go and slay!"

No, serious question actually. I don't know a lot about softball, so I'm not sure the recovery times usually allotted for pitchers. She's been dominant so far this post season, but she just pitched and entire game tonight? Is it reasonable to expect her to be able to recover in one night?

What a game! Even my 8 year old son is into this team! We had a huge cheer and hug on that last strike...softball- who knew!

What a performance!! Odds on shutting out the defending champs is slim but Michigan stayed cool and played their game. All for the marbles tomorrow. Go Blue!

killed it tonight. FLA pitcher came in 33-1. Gators had not been shutout all season. FLA had won 15 straight WCWS games dating back to last year. If UM can win under these conditions, they can surely do it again tomorrow. Go Blue! Bring home the Ship!

That was a truly epic performance by our senior. Especially given the fact that three of those hits probably should have been called errors. Really happy for her.

Have to admit, though, it makes me wonder what could have been if she had started yesterday.
