So it is going to be wet and cold tomorrow- and that means what for us?

Submitted by iawolve on

Considering we are supposed to be passing to win tomorrow, I think this sucks. I only hope it can stay dry enough to not affect our game plan. Guess it can't be any worse than when we played there in a monsoon, but I don't think we need anything tilting against us at this point.

Yep Michigan JUST managed to steal the game from a true sophomore with 5 starts under his belt that played like the above picture.  Stole the game.  At home.  With a couple of true miracle plays.

God help you this year.

You either win or you lose, there are no should have's.  Because Notre Dame should have won, they should have covered Gallon, they should have been looking when the ball was thrown to Roundtree.  Notre Dame lost the game, Michgan didn't steal anything and neither play was a miracle, they were Michigan making the plays to win the game.

My life will go on regardless if Michigan wins or loses, but thank you for being concerned enough to send help.

after the game tomorrow night and after the Oklahoma game; and the Stanford game; and the USC game; and the over-hyped, overpaid bowl game you'll lose in late December.

What evidence do you have that your team is sooo good?   You beat up the weakest Navy team in 10 years; you just barely survived Purdue who played two bad quarterbacks and still almost won.

Oh, it must be that you manhandled the mighty MSU spartoons.  Yep, that's a calling card, beating a team with no receivers, a pourous offensive line and a QB that couldn't hit water falling out of a boat.

You haven't had a decent QB in since Joe Montana, although every one is always the next Heisman winner.  The decided schematic advantage you possess never materialized and were beaten by a freshman QB in his second start, while you had a 5-star QB that looked like an ostrich without feathers that barely got drafted and now is a water-boy somewhere.

Manti T'eo is a real football player and you should be proud; too bad your converted WRs will be seeing a lot of backs of No 12, No. 19 and No 21 Saturday night.

You and your spineless AD won't join a real conference in football because you'll have to give up all the free handouts you get from the BCS and NBC.  You want to stay independant to avoid playing Wisconsin OSU and Michigan every year.  Eventually you'll join the ACC, the weakest of big football conferences.

You might beat Va Tech or Georgia Tech and Duke, but You'd never survive as full member of the Big Ten.

UMass pick 6-ed your QB.

You do know everyone else calls Denard "Arm-Punt"?  I have a feeling you're going to be quite surprised at how good our "WRs" have gotten at being DBs...

What are you guys doing at QB next year?  Jabba the Hoke seems to have made a mess of it by moving Gardner out to receiver...

I'm trying to figure out how Michigan can stop ND's offense and I just don't see it.

I saw a lot of predictions for under 35 points, what has Michigan's defense shown you to convince you of that?

They are 107th in total rush defense.
They are 80th in Rush Yards per attempt.
They are mid 50's in total defense. (Mich. St. and Purdue are both top 25)
They are mid 50's in yards per play allowed.
Yes, they are mid 20's in pass defense...but they played Air Force, who's thrown in 30 times all year and UMass who is the 121st pass offense, and worst total offense in college. Alabama is the 83rd pass attack.

Big fan of this troll. Really am.

Last year my best friend in New Orleans and I hosted a joint ND/UM watch party. I endured three quarters of taunts, which I took like Michgian Man (TM) - sternly, without emotion, with perserverence. Knowing that in the end my fandom was not ND Nation...

I saw a grown man tear up. I saw a female friend of mine bawl. I saw another friend slam his cellphone into the ground - it broke. That encapsulated all (online and offline) ND Nation in my mind for today and forever.

The Goblin is just green with envy. Michigan football dropped off for a few years and finished a season with people talking about a resurgance and yet ND can't make it passed the half way point without falling out of the top 25.

I'm not worried about this game. ND always seems to find a way to loose to Michigan.

The hoke fat jokes are hilarious.... /s

Have you seen Brian Kelly? It's not like he is the poster of personal health. Plus I'd like to remind you that Grimace is still on the ND payroll

We've been hearing how Notre Dame would kick Michigan's ass every year, especially the past 3. It's like a loud mouth who challenges you to a game and then loses 2 or 3 times, only to say "I told you I'd kick your ass" when they finally win. We'll see what happens, but I'm not getting worked up over a troll with nothing better to do.

Looking at available historic weather data for South Bend on the days when we have won there, the average high has been 73 and the average low has been 53 degrees. This must mean Will Campbell and Mario  Ojemudia make some big stops.

I know Denard is going to have a great game!  He wants this and is going to get 'r done!  The defense is going to get after ND . . . Brian Kelly is a great coach BUT Brady Hoke and Co. are going to have the answers!
