Rudock had an excellent game. Our pass protection was pretty good, except for a few bad plays. Run game is still not good, but with the way Rudock is playing, we have a chance. Our WRs are great also. Some amazing catches. A great team performance and overcame many obstacles.

With this offense, I have confidence we will give OSU HELL

Run game is still poo-poo and that portion of the offense is probably a loss at this point. It's used now for a token or to change things up. Thank god the pass protection is pretty decent.

now has full command of this offense. In many ways, he played even better today than last week at IU. Jim was 100% right on his QB choice and has turned Rudock into an extension of himself with his command and control of the offense. If only his offensive line would come around, this offense could be practically unstoppable. Especially if properly seasoned by Peppers.

Both Chesson and Darboh are better than I ever thought they'd be. It's been great watching them develop into excellent receivers.

Once again, the headline on offense was the passing game - Rudock was 25 for 38 for 256 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT. That's 10.24 yard per completion or 6.73 yards per attempt.

The running game...30 attempts, 87 yards, or 2.9 yars per attempt on average. The biggest contribution was from De'Veon Smith - 13 for 39 yards, or 3.0 yards per carry.

Remember 27 for 27? That game vs PSU was totally winnable. Nice to see our OC concede the runs up the middle into PSU strength (in contrast to stubborn Borges) and take the short outside throws and attack the seam up the middle. Nice Yin-Yang instead of stubbornly banking head against a wall.
