WE LANDED ON THE MOON!

Ok, I know some of you view MGoBoard solely through the box on the right (the one with New, Recent, Hot, and Tom tabs). This is called "doing it wrong," and is exactly why people think posts are "8 pages" back when actually, they're still on the front page.
Try viewing http://www.mgoblog.com/mgoboard because you might be surprised by how much material is actually active.

It is the way the webpage is set up. It's the way I do it. If I am looking for a topic I look through about 5 pages. Things are 8 pages back when approximately 75 things have been posted since the original thread.
Should people look harder for something that sounds like groundbreaking news?
Yes.
Is it doing it wrong to utilize the way the site is structured? I don't think so.

Yeah but, no. Most* of the duplicate threads are duplicates of threads on page one of the board. Check your settings to be sure the most recent topics are on top. For example; when this thread was started, there were no less than four other threads on page one about the same freaking thing.
*epinion, not the results of a peer-reviewed study.

... I just about posted the Muppets in HD; going to the main board and looking at least 24 (preferably 48) hrs back is the way to go.
P.S. Fire discovered!
(note maize and blue effect...)
