Single Game Michigan vs. Maryland Tickets On Sale

Submitted by SpikeFan2016 on

I know there have been a few threads on this, but I wanted to let everyone know that Michigan tickets just went on sale on Maryland's website.

Quite a bit of availability in the lower bowl ($75, doesn't matter if you're on the sideline or in the end zone) and a few rows left at the very top of the stadium ($55).

One section in particular that is majority unsold (after season tickets and a few weeks of "ticket pack" sales) is section 203. This on the 5-10 yardline, adjacent to the official Michigan visiting sections, so I think it would be sweet if we can expand it even more!

There are also a lot of tickets left in the corner of endzone next to the student section extending to about the 15 yard line seats.

Go Blue!

I don't have much experience with buying tickets. Should I buy now or will the prices drop closer to game day? (I know they're already pretty reasonable)

You'd be buying them from the University of Maryland. That price won't drop. You could wait until closer to the game to buy them off StubHub, but being that this is probably one of the premier home games for Maryland, the secondary market price probably wouldn't be below face unless both teams are having a bad season. I'd buy them now.

If this were a home game and there was potential of scalping, I'd usually do that for a game like Maryland, but these are the best prices you will see and the best chances of getting a good group of tickets. Unless we lay an absolute egg in non-conf games, these ticket prices are only going up.

Buddy of mine bought like 25 tickets for this for $60 a piece...seems like you can get big groups together if thats your thing..also, beer in the stadium, yes please

It looks as if over half of the tickets that were available at 8:30AM ET have sold in the past 4 hours. Moving fast (for Maryland, at least)!

All $55 300 deck seats are sold out. The 100 level sections are almost all down to single tickets as well; maybe 20 tickets with possibility of 2 or more together are still for sale.

The bulk of remaining tickets are in the 200 deck and bottom ten rows of the 300 deck (all priced at lower level pricing/$75), especially towards the left side of the screen /above the student section.

Also, a few seats, maybe 20, are available at the bottom of 304, adjacent to official visiting sections.

Either 2 or 302.

I would imagine whether you're in the upper or lower deck depends on a mix of factors such as your donor level, how early you bought the tickets, how long you've been in the association and if you have season tickets in AA, but I don't know for sure.

It's less than a 50,000 person stadium, so it certainly won't be as far from players as the upper decks at Ohio or Beaver stadium.

I have heard though that their upper deck is very steep. Not terribly far away but feels high. It also depends on what row in 308 you are. No view should be that bad.

Bought two in section 17 last night.  There weren't many left together in the stadium, so we took advice from other threads and went for the top of the lower bowl.  Looking forward to it.  As it gets closer we should set up an mgomeetup!
