Signing Day Surprise Predictions

Submitted by icefins26 on

Anyone have any under the radar possible decommitments or commitments tomorrow? I know we don't have much room to get some guys but if we lose a few, we may be able to gain some.

My surprise choice is that we get Darius Robinson, 4-star CB who is currently committed to Clemson. There have been talks that Michigan coaches have been in contact with him within the last month or so. If not Robinson, I think we may pick up a random lineman - maybe Skyler Schofner from Sparty?

Just throwing these out there. Anyone else have any surprise predictions?

Something will happen...
.
yes
.
but you will not expect it....
.
no
.
As a result, you will be surprised.
.
Oh yes
.
And remember, when you are surprised, that BLUE IN SOUTH BEND knew that it would happen, and accurately predicted that an unexpected thing would surprise you.

I predict the following:

1) Ronald Johnson spurns UM for USC on NSD... every Michigan fan is extremely pissed. Johnson has an average career at USC as a WR, not as a CB as UM wanted him

2) Former UM lineman, and current LSU coach, steals Jai Eugune from UM and keeps him close to home in Baton Rouge. Jai has an average career as a safety at LSU.

3) Although Ryan Mallet will sign with UM... it's pretty obvious that if it wasn't for Mitch Mustain he'd rather play for his home-state's Razorbacks.

4) Stokes will spurn Tennessee and sign with UM. Contrary to UM fans' predictions (hopes), I predict he will not have Manningham-esque numbers in his true freshman year.

5) I predict that we will never get the opportunity to see if Witty is actually a true sleeper -- or a true 2-star.

That's it for now... hopefully next year my NSD predictions will be based more on "snake-oil" rather than Les Miles

It will be incredibly hard to function as a productive employee tomorrow.

Two years ago, during the McGuffie AWOL Act and the Pryor Loves Himself Too Much To Share The Limelight debacle, I was actually home sick with the flu. It worked out so well I've contemplated licking the keyboards in the computer lab across the hall.

See you all then
