"“You know you beat a really good program, and you know that it gives your kids this credence that ‘Man, we can play with a lot of people because there aren’t many people that can come in here and win,’ ” Michigan Coach John Beilein told reporters after the game."

It seems to me that, despite the fact that the conference schedule is an absolute bear, the win in Madison should hopefully serve as a huge confidence booster as Beilein indicates and a sign that we have regrouped very well without McGary and with Burke and Hardaway now in the NBA. If you can beat Wisconsin in Madison, I would think as Beilein seems to think that this bodes well.

I remain cautiously optimistic that this team will continue to grow. So far, I am very impressed with what Beilein has been able to do.  The in-season player development has been terrific to observe.

I hope coach Hoke is noticing the same things we are.

Hoke should be taking note of the disappointing lack of player development that took place over the course of the 2013 season.  Other than DG's reduction in INT's the second half of the season, I saw an offense that struggeled all season, a defense that struggled all season and special teams that didn't leave me excited.

I know, youth movement.
