SIAP former Wolverine Grant Mason in some trouble

I see Fox's web content is about as accurate as their on air content.  They have his name as Grant Wilson and Grant Mason in the same article.  

He transferred from Stanford, right? Clearly an intelligent guy. What a waste of talent.

I know Grant pretty well (and am a former fed prosecutor who worked with ICE and HS on a few cases) and suggest that we let this play out. Grant is one of the best people I know, someone with extremely high integrity. Good people sometimes do not so good things, so I could be wrong, but I trust the person I know Grant to be. 

the normal auto theft efforts.  evidences a bit more sophistication and diligence.   we'll hope he's innocent, but having prosecuted these cases in a prior life, those cases aren't usually 'whodunnit's'.  

I'm surprised but even good people make bad choices (of he's guilty). I've known him and his family since we played peewee basketball at the Holland Center in Pontiac in 3rd grade. Here's to hoping he's not guilty.
